Credit Policy: All orders must be prepaid if shipped collect unless an “open account” has been established. Approval of an account requires three (3) trade references along with the name of your local bank. The Dun & Bradstreet number will also help to expedite the process of extending credit terms.

Minimum Order: U.S. $250

Credit Card Orders: We at Georgia Cotton accept all major credit cards. We encourage our customers to take advantage of our 2% Cash Rebate.

Price Change: All prices are subject to change or withdrawal without notice. We will strive hard to keep our prices as competitive as possible.

Volume Purchase and Contract Agreements: Special prices are quoted for annual volume purchases. We invite any inquiries on bids and contracts. All "Contract Agreements" for any textile items provide you with planned shipment schedules and price protection provisions. Call our "Sales Department" for further information.

Custom Order: To place a custom order, we request a customer to email us a detailed description of a product based on existing items in our website, or even a completely different specification. Let us know what you need and we will get back to you with a quote and estimated shipping date.

Freight: All shipments of goods in stock will be F.O.B. Georgia and respective F.O.B. points where the manufacturers are located. Shipments will be sent collect unless requested to be shipped “Prepay & Add.” Shipment effected by U.P.S. and/or FedEx will carry shipping carton charges which are nominal.

Less Than Case Pack: All orders that are less than case pack will have a surcharge of 8%.

Returned Goods Policy: All merchandise(s) will be accepted for a full credit or replacement when the following conditions are met (1) returned within ten (10) days of invoice date, (2) accompanied by packing slip or invoice (3) return in the original packing or its equivalent.

If a given customer fails to return the goods within ten (10) days, then the following conditions will apply:

1. Returns will not be accepted after products have been
   used/washed or after 60 days of invoice date.
   
   
2. Any returns requested due to quality will require a
   sample to be sent to Georgia Cotton Goods Company.
   
   
3. A 10% re-stocking fee will apply for all the returned goods.

A customer will be held responsible for inbound freight. Upon approval, customer will receive a refund less original shipping charges.
